Choosing the Right Size

How do I find my size?
To get the best fit, check out our size chart and measure your foot from heel to toe. If you’re in between sizes, we suggest going up a size. For example, if you usually wear a 6.5, we recommend a 7 for a more comfortable fit.

Do sheepskin boots stretch?
Yes! Sheepskin naturally stretches with wear, usually by about half a size. Your new boots should feel snug but not uncomfortable. Over time, they’ll mold to your feet for a perfect fit.

Wearing and Caring for Your Boots

Are sheepskin boots waterproof?
Sheepskin shoes are not waterproof. Application of  suede protector will increase the water resistant quality of the shoe and helps prevent water stains and keeps them looking fresh for longer.

Where and When to Wear Your Uggs

Can I wear them in the snow?
While they’re great for keeping warm after skiing, traditional sheepskin boots aren’t designed for deep snow. If you’re looking for outdoor protection, consider our Coated Boots range, which offers full water resistance.

Durability & Maintenance

How long will my boots last?
With indoor wear and proper care, they can last for years! Some customers have kept their boots in great shape for over a decade. If the insoles wear down, replace them to keep your boots feeling brand new.

How should I store them?
At the end of the season, clean your boots, stuff them with paper to maintain their shape, and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What type of sheepskin do you use?
We use premium Australian sheepskin sourced from regions known for quality materials.

Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. High seasons like winter and holidays may cause slight delays, so order early!

Do you ship internationally?
UGG Market caters exclusively to customers in Australia only..

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return my boots?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive a faulty item, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for more details.
